Coupons & Vouchers Policy

The following terms & conditions apply to the redemption and use of the promotional vouchers and/or unique voucher codes. (“Vouchers”)

The value of the Vouchers is stated in Malaysian Ringgit.
Vouchers are only valid before or on the expiration date stated on each Vouchers. Any unused Vouchers which have expired will no longer be valid and will automatically be cancelled without any notifications.

Vouchers are limited to ONE (1) redemption per sale order.
Vouchers are strictly applicable to www.tbc2u.comONLY.
Any unconsumed value will be forfeited and shall not be refunded to the bearer.
If the value of the purchase / goods exceeds the amount of the Voucher(s), the difference thereof should be paid by the bearer.

Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, replacements, cancel, revoke or withdraw.
Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged with vouchers of other denominations, and not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

TBC ELEKTRIK SDN BHDshall not be held responsible for the loss of the vouchers and any of the losses or damages suffered by the bearer of the Vouchers that arise from or in connection with the loss or damage of the vouchers.

TBC ELEKTRIK SDN BHD reserves the right to make amendments to the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign herein without prior notice.

Astro Cash Voucher rm300 T&C

Please refer to the terms and conditions below regarding the RM300 voucher.

*Subscribe to any Astro Pay TV plan and receive a RM300 TBC Cash Voucher.

The minimum spend to use the voucher is RM3,000.

The voucher will be issued only after Astro activation is completed.

Terms & Conditions

*This cash voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended under any circumstances.

Usage

*The voucher can only be used for a single transaction at any TBC ELEKTRIK SDN BHD retail store and must be presented at the time of purchase.

It is not exchangeable for cash, and no cash refund will be given for purchases below the voucher value.

The voucher cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless explicitly stated.

Redemption

*The voucher is redeemable only for the purchase of home appliances and is not valid for any services.

Non-Transferable

*Vouchers that are altered or tampered with will be considered void.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

*The issuing company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.

No replacement will be provided for such vouchers.

Multiple Vouchers

*Only one voucher can be used per transaction.

The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers.

Cancellation and Refunds

*Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

Amendments

TBC ELEKTRIK SDN BHD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
